OnePeak Medical Providers in Talent, Oregon is seeking a skilled Medical Provider to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care. This role requires a passion for whole-person care in a flexible environment without nights or weekends.

The ideal candidate will have an active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant and board certification in Family or Internal Medicine. A comprehensive benefits package includes a guaranteed salary of $300k+, mentorship, and ongoing training in functional medicine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with functional/integrative medicine experience as a plus.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients.
