Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in functional/integrative medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions.
• Educate and empower patients on preventive health principles.
• Document visits in the EHR (NextGen).

Skills

Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proficient in using electronic health records

Education

Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant

Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
