OnePeak Medical in Oregon is seeking a passionate Medical Provider to join our growing team. You will deliver comprehensive medical services, build lasting patient relationships, and collaborate with a high-functioning care team to drive optimal health outcomes.

The role emphasizes whole-person care, preventive medicine, and functional/integrative approaches. We offer a guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+, a four-day work week with no nights or weekends, and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Oregon PA license active or eligible to obtain.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required.
• Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through office visits and telehealth.
• Order and interpret labs/imaging; diagnose acute and chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans including lifestyle interventions and therapies.
• Educate patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles.
• Collaborate with health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and staff.
• Document visits in EHR promptly and accurately.
• Participate in team meetings, quality improvements, and training.
• Support clinic operations with a positive, collaborative attitude.
