Job summary

WLF Club in Fort Worth, TX seeks a licensed NP or PA to join a high-performance health facility. This role focuses on functional medicine with hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and metabolic health for executives and athletes.

You will own intake and biomarker review, design personalized protocols, support men’s and women’s health, and help evolve protocols as the practice scales. A ground-floor role with autonomy.

Qualifications

• Licensed NP or PA in Texas or license-eligible.
• Fluent in functional medicine and able to interpret hormone panels.
• Working knowledge of HRT and peptide therapy protocols.
• Understanding of gut health and metabolism.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive intake and biomarker review for members.
• Design personalized protocols across hormone optimization, peptides, nutrition and lifestyle medicine.
• Provide expertise in men's and women's health as a specialty.
• Contribute input into evolving clinical protocols as the practice scales.
