Happy Health & Wellness in Round Rock, Texas seeks an experienced NP or PA to provide comprehensive care focused on Functional and Integrative Medicine. You will perform assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage IV therapies and hormone optimization while collaborating with the medical team.

Qualificações

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• BLS Certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within licensure scope.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using Functional/Integrative Medicine.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Order, interpret, and communicate lab and diagnostic results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies per Texas law.
• Administer IV vitamin infusions and other wellness therapies.
• Provide HRT evaluations and ongoing management.
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, nutrition, and weight management.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and healthcare team.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and complete patient documentation.

Role Description: Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Round Rock, Texas. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve optimal health goals through evidence-based care.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year | Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Employee discount, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, Paid holidays

Full-time Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Round Rock, TX 78664

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Medical License - Texas
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine principles.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Texas law and clinic protocols.
• Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and other wellness therapies.
• PRP and regenerative treatments (preferred)
• Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management.
• Educate patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, nutrition, weight management, and other treatment options.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
• BLS Certification.
• Excellent clinical assessment and patient education skills.
• Experience with IV therapy and medication administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine.
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
• Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks preferred).
