The position offers a base salary of $120,000 with bi-yearly KPI bonuses after one year, a comprehensive benefits package, and a 4-day work week to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active NP certification and valid DEA licensure.
• Commitment to CME 50–75% functional medicine-related and pre-approved.
• Willingness to invest 18–24 months in onsite and self-directed learning.
• Experience in functional medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations, follow-ups, and develop care plans using functional medicine protocols.
• Perform procedures based on level of experience.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on lifestyle, nutrition, and holistic strategies to achieve their health goals.
• Engage in 18-24 months of directed self-learning and onsite mentorship to develop expertise in functional medicine.
