Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or a related field.
• Prior experience in family therapy or youth services preferable but not required.
• Comfortable delivering services in family homes and community settings.
• Strong boundaries, professionalism and ability to collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide at least one hour of home-based family therapy each week.
• Develop interventions using the Functional Family Therapy model and monitor goals.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–15 families over 8–26 weeks.
• Coordinate with schools, medical and mental health providers, and other partners.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and discharge records.
