Four Oaks Family and Children's Services in Mason City, IA is seeking a full-time Direct Services therapist to provide home-based family therapy for adolescents aged 10–18. You will deliver at least one hour weekly sessions and manage a caseload of 10–15 families over 8–26 weeks.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, collaboration with schools, medical and psychiatric contacts, and participation in discharge planning. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, human services, criminal justice or related field.
