About the Role

Grace Harbour Inc., an ncgCARE Partner, is a private outpatient mental health practice dedicated to enhancing the lives of our clients and strengthening families. As a Mental Health Functional Family Therapist, you will provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families, assess, develop, and deliver individualized treatment plans, and work to improve well-being and strengthen family relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
• Engage family members in therapy, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
• Be an integral part of a team-oriented environment.
• Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).

Compensation

Salary: $51,993 – $73,494 per year, based on licensure level, education, and experience. Position is salaried.

Qualifications
