Job summary

ncgCARE seeks a compassionate Functional Family Therapist to work with youth and families in Virginia. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement structured treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation within the FFT model while collaborating with caregivers and community systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or closely related field.
• Licensure eligibility as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional status and licensure pathway noted.
• Direct experience with mental health services and FFT approaches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision and FFT training.
