Job summary

Innowise приглашает опытного консультанта по Microsoft Dynamics присоединиться к команде и способствовать внедрению проектов для клиентов в США, Дании и Германии. Вы будете работать над сбором требований, демонстрациями и адаптацией решений под бизнес-процессы компаний.

Кандидат должен иметь опыт внедрения Dynamics, владение английским на уровне B2 и навыки анализа и коммуникации на высоком уровне. Гибкий график работы и международная команда — часть условий.

Qualifications

• Опыт консультирования по MS Dynamics на внедрениях и поддержке.
• Опыт проектирования финансовых процессов.
• Отличные устные и письменные коммуникативные навыки.
• Свободное владение английским языком (уровень B2).

Responsibilities

• Выявлять, анализировать и подтверждать бизнес-требования ключевых стейкхолдеров через планирование, воркшопы и детализацию.
• Делиться экспертным обзором и демонстрациями продукта, демонстрируя уникальную ценность Microsoft Dynamics и смежных платформ.
• Переводить концептуальные требования в функциональные спецификации для разработчиков/команды проекта.
• Идентифицировать и анализировать риски и проблемы в программе или портфеле проектов вместе с менеджерами проектов.

Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements' gathering / discovery workshops Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms to address client requirements Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects Experience working with F&O, Axapta, D365 products Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Experience with Finance processes design Experience with Logistics, Purchase, Production, Sales processes design Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation, ability to effectively communicate to different audiences Fluent English (at least B2 level) Будет плюсом: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; Previous experience as Accountant General
