Innowise приглашает опытного консультанта по Microsoft Dynamics к работе с международными клиентами. Вы будете анализировать бизнес-потребности, проводить демонстрации и помогать клиентам на пред-имплементационных стадиях.

Требуется глубокое знание бизнес-процессов и опыт настройки CRM; отличные коммуникативные навыки на русском и английском языках (B2). Наличие немецкого будет плюсом. Гибкий график, работа с клиентами по всему миру, медицинская страховка.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы консультантом по MS Dynamics на внедрениях и сопровождении проектов.
• Умение проектировать CRM-процессы и интерфейсы.
• Сильные аналитические и переговорные навыки.
• Отличные устные и письменные коммуникативные способности.
• Свободное владение английским языком на уровне B2.
• Невербальное знание немецкого языка на уровне B2 будет плюсом.

Responsibilities

• Собирать, анализировать и валидировать требования ключевых стейкхолдеров; планирование и проведение воркшопов по сбору требований.
• Демонстрировать и позиционировать ценность Microsoft Dynamics и связанных платформ клиентам.
• Консультировать по бизнес-процессам и лучшим практикам на предвнедрении: требования, дизайн, конфигурация.
• Согласовывать требования с стейкхолдерами и превращать их в возможности, фичи, user stories и acceptance criteria.
• Перевод концептуальных требований в функциональные для разработчиков и проектной команды.
• Выявлять и анализировать риски и проблемы проекта совместно с менеджерами проектов.

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as - Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

Требования

• Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM processes design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organisation, ability to effectively communicate to different audiences
• Fluent English (B2)
