Innowise is growing fast and we invite you to grow with us as a MS Dynamics Consultant. You will analyze business needs, demonstrate Microsoft Dynamics platforms, and guide clients through pre-implementation activities across Finance, Logistics, and Sales.

You will translate requirements into actionable specifications, work with stakeholders at all levels, manage risks with project teams, and help design effective solutions for multinational clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as MS Dynamics Consultant on implementation and support projects.
• Experience with Navision, Business Central, D365 products.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops.
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements for developers/project team.
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio with project managers.

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops
• Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft Dynamics and related platforms to address client requirements
• Utilize a deep knowledge of business processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
• Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers

• Experience working with Navision, Business Central, D365 products
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
• Experience with Finance processes design
• Experience with Logistics, Purchase, Production, Sales processes design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, ability to effectively communicate to different audiences
• Fluent English (at least B2 level)
