Job summary

Intellect Solutions LLC is seeking a Business Analyst with strong ServiceNow expertise to gather and analyze business requirements, map current and future processes, and develop dashboards and reports. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to design solutions aligned with business objectives and support change management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements by collaborating with business users, process owners, and technical stakeholders.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage strong ServiceNow expertise to develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and perform historical data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirements reviews to drive consensus and support informed decision-making.
• Support organizational change management (OCM) by assessing business impacts, developing communication plans, and supporting adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, management, technical teams, and end users.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, SOPs, and other business analysis deliverables.
