Job summary

Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is hiring a swim instructor to be the heart of the experience—teaching life-saving water safety while making learning fun for kids from 6 months to 12 years.

Set evening and weekend shifts with paid, hands-on training. Our team is like a family, and you’ll build skills in communication, leadership, and time management while earning $14.00 to $17.00 per hour, plus perks such as tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, and a wellness program.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones.
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool.
• Getting your steps in and being active in the pool.
• Teaching classes for kids aged 6 months to 12 years.
