Job summary

Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is seeking a motivated swim instructor to teach kids from six months to twelve years, with a focus on safety and fun. You’ll train with an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build strong relationships with families.

The role requires evening and weekend availability. No prior teaching required as paid training is provided, and growth opportunities exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Teaching or swim experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Training with a mentor to learn proven swim instruction methods.
• Teaching weekly lessons and celebrating student milestones.
• Building positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Prioritizing safety for everyone in and around the pool.
• Staying active on your feet and in the pool as needed.
• Teaching classes for kids from 6 months to 12 years.
