Job summary

Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools in the United States is hiring as a swim instructor to teach life-saving water safety while making learning fun for kids aged 6 months to 12 years. You will train with an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build trust with students and their parents in a safety-first environment.

Set evenings and weekend shifts support students and part-timers, with paid training and opportunities for growth into mentoring or leadership roles within a team that values

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our proven swim instruction methods.
• Teaching weekly lessons and cheering on student milestones.
• Creating positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Keeping safety a top priority for everyone in and around the pool.
• Getting your steps in in this active, on-your-feet role.
• Teaching classes for kids from 6 months to 12 years with energy.
