Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools is seeking a swim instructor to teach kids from 6 months to 12 years, fostering life-saving water safety skills while ensuring a fun, engaging experience. You will train under an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build strong relationships with students and parents.

The role emphasizes safety, energy, and active participation in both pool and on-deck activities, with evenings and weekends as part of the standard schedule.

Qualifications

• Must love working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule.
• Comfortable in the water and active on your feet (training provided).
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Training with an experienced mentor to learn our swim instruction methods.
• Teaching weekly lessons and celebrating student milestones.
• Building positive, trusting relationships with students and parents.
• Keeping safety as a top priority in and around the pool.
• Staying active on your feet and in the water during classes.
