Job summary

Azura of Mukwonago is hiring a Fun & Activities Coordinator to create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia. This full-time role runs 9:00 AM-5:00 PM with every other weekend, based at Azura of Mukwonago, WI 53120.

Qualifications

• Experience in activities or dementia care is a plus.
• Prior work with seniors is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with residents, families and staff in a memory care setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars.
• Lead activities that support residents' physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
• Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support team members with resident engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain supplies and materials for enrichment programs.
