Job summary

Azura Memory Care & Assisted Living of Verona is seeking a House Manager who is passionate about people, thrives in a leadership role, and aims to create a true sense of home for residents.

Lead daily household operations, coach staff, build relationships with residents and families, coordinate staffing and routines, and partner with leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality memory care. This is a hands-on leadership role in a Wisconsin community.

Qualifications

  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management or similar leadership environment preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Lead and support the daily operations of the household while creating a warm, welcoming environment for residents.

Coach, mentor, and support team members while helping foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassion.

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families and ensure their needs, preferences, and quality of life remain at the heart of everything we do.

Help coordinate staffing, schedules, daily routines, and household needs.

Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development, compliance, and overall community success.

Be a hands‑on leader who is present, approachable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Help create engaging, meaningful days for residents while supporting Azura's person‑centered approach to memory care.
