Job summary

Azura of Mukwonago is hiring a Fun & Activities Coordinator to create meaningful moments for residents living with dementia. This full-time role runs 9:00 AM-5:00 PM with every other weekend, based at Azura of Mukwonago, WI 53120.

Qualifications

Experience in activities or dementia care is a plus.
Prior work with seniors is preferred but not required.
Ability to work with residents, families and staff in a memory care setting.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate monthly activity calendars.
Lead activities that support residents' physical, mental, social, and spiritual well-being.
Organize arts and crafts, entertainment, outings, and special events.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
Support team members with resident engagement and satisfaction.
Maintain supplies and materials for enrichment programs.
