Job summary

InStride Health is seeking a Coach Manager to lead and develop a team of coaches delivering evidence-based support to patients and families. You will provide people leadership, performance management, and operational oversight.

The role requires collaboration with therapists to address complex patient needs, managing recruiting and performance reviews, and ensuring HIPAA compliance. This is a fully virtual position with periodic in-person retreats and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Experience supervising or managing professionals in healthcare/behavioral coaching.
• Strong communication and HIPAA compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop coaches, fostering accountability, collaboration, and growth.
• Manage recruiting, performance reviews, goal setting, and team capacity.
