Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Experience supervising a team of professionals in healthcare, coaching, or structured support is preferred.
• Strong understanding of behavioral coaching and evidence-based behavior change.

• Lead, support, and develop a team of coaches with accountability and collaboration.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to team members.
