Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Strategy Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across growth, real estate, and operations. You will own end-to-end workstreams, build robust financial models, and support decision-making with rigorous analysis.

The role requires 2–4 years in rigorous analytic environments and strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Fully remote (East Coast hours) with occasional travel for team offsites and meetings. A genuine passion for animals is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills with fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured thinker who can synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and present ideas effectively.
• Highly organized self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; passion for animals and/or the veterinary services industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategy initiatives from problem framing to executive recommendations.
• Build financial models and decision-support tools guiding priorities and capital allocation.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Prepare high-quality materials and presentations for the Executive Leadership team and Board.
