Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a senior Performance Marketing leader to guide the day-to-day priorities of the team and scale paid media across a growing network of veterinary practices. You will own performance across an assigned portfolio, lead strategy for paid acquisition channels, manage de novo launches, and drive reporting and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in performance marketing or related field, with 3+ years leading high-impact teams.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel paid advertising from planning to scale.
• Strong data, communication, and project management skills.
