Job summary

Alliance Animal Health is seeking a Strategy Manager to join the Strategy team and partner with the SVP of Strategy and Senior Director on key business priorities. This high‑exposure role is ideal for a strong analytical thinker eager to influence decisions in a fast‑moving, multi-site healthcare platform.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, build financial models, conduct market analysis, and craft executive-ready materials for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling skills with fluency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured thinker who can synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and present ideas effectively.
• Highly organized self-starter who manages multiple priorities simultaneously, meets deadlines, and thrives both independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Strategy team on initiatives, including De Novo Growth, Strategic Real Estate projects, and critical analytical projects.
• Own discrete workstreams end-to-end: problem framing, analysis, recommendation, and project support.
• Build financial models, strategic frameworks, and decision-support tools that guide business priorities and capital allocation.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that inform new business investments.
• Assist in the development of executive-level materials and presentations for the Executive Leadership team, the Board, and other senior audiences.
