Qualifications

• Strong communication across writing, phone, and video meetings.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage schedules and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Contact company-provided leads to schedule virtual benefit consultations.
• Meet with prospective clients via Zoom and explain available benefit programs.
• Help clients enroll in suitable benefit programs while serving unions, veterans and families.
• Work with regional manager to set activity and performance goals.
