PedrosVacations is seeking organized, dependable individuals to support day-to-day coordination of client requests, schedules, confirmations, and service information in a fully remote role.
No prior experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing guidance are provided to help you succeed while you learn scheduling, client communication, and digital note-taking, ensuring a smooth client experience from first contact through completion.
We are looking for organized, dependable individuals who are comfortable managing details, communicating with clients, and keeping multiple tasks moving forward.
This role supports the day-to-day coordination of client requests, schedules, confirmations, and service-related information. You'll help make sure important details are documented accurately, updates are shared on time, and clients feel supported throughout the process.
No previous experience is required. Training, resources, and continued guidance are provided.
A strong candidate will be:
Experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, hospitality, or coordination may be helpful, but it is not required.
