LeoForce, a plaintiff-side employment litigation firm, is seeking a fully remote Litigation Attorney who must be located in California. You will represent clients in employment matters, perform extensive legal research, and draft pleadings.

This remote role requires a JD, CA Bar license, and 5+ years of experience. This remote role offers a strong salary range ($150k–$210k), CA residency, and full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in employment litigation matters
• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.
• Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies.
