Job summary

Latitude seeks a California-licensed litigation attorney for a fully remote role supporting a law firm with offices in San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. The role accepts both contract and permanent opportunities and offers flexibility with full-time or part-time scheduling.

A remote position within the United States is available, requiring active California bar status. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience handling commercial, employment or general litigation matters

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial, employment and/or general litigation experience.
• Active license to practice law in California and current good standing with the California State Bar.
• Ability to work in a remote setting with strong writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with case workup for litigation matters including pre-litigation strategy, motions, written discovery, legal research, drafting motions, depositions, and case assessment.
