Job summary

Analogue Insight is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the technical vision for our high-speed analog and mixed-signal interconnect portfolio. You will steer 112G/224G SerDes, die-to-die links, memory interfaces, and optical I/O while engaging with customers, partners, and academic partners.

Ideal candidates have a strong professorship or research background with a record of silicon success and a passion for startup-scale growth. Remote-first, globally distributed leadership expected.

Qualifications

• PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field with focus on high-speed analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• 15+ years of combined industry/academic experience in high-speed analog design and leadership roles.
• Expertise in at least one: high-speed SerDes or die-to-die links, clocking/PLLs, or high-speed data converters.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term technology vision for electrical and photonic interconnect.
• Translate strategy into a multi-year IP roadmap with prioritised tape-outs and node choices.
• Lead Architecture & Technical Authority across analog/mixed-signal and digital domains.
• Drive resolution of hardest circuit/system issues via first-principles analysis and silicon studies.
• Ensure robust design closure and silicon-to-model correlation for first-time-right IPs.
• Build and lead the CTO Office, mentoring senior engineers and growing talent.
• Lead R&D and partnerships with universities and research institutes.
• Represent tech vision to customers, foundries, and investors; support due diligence.
