Dawar Consulting is seeking a Commercial Labeling Project Manager to lead end-to-end labeling initiatives in a fully remote role across the United States. The position emphasizes coordinating artwork updates, timelines, and compliant labeling changes in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in labeling, regulatory operations, or packaging within pharma/biotech, with hands-on Veeva Vault and Adobe Acrobat experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology labeling, regulatory operations, packaging, or supply chain.
• Experience managing commercial labeling workflows and artwork review processes.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault or similar document management/workflow systems.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat for document review and proofreading.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end commercial labeling projects from initiation through final approval.
• Coordinate artwork review cycles, proof revisions, and final approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Route and manage labeling workflows using Veeva Vault or similar systems.
• Partner with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing, and external print vendors.
• Review artwork proofs and perform detailed proofreading using Adobe Acrobat and GlobalVision (or similar tools).
• Track project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval status across multiple projects.
• Support implementation of label changes, including phase-in/phase-out activities and obsolete inventory tracking.
