Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Packaging and Labeling Manager to lead end‑to‑end artwork development and implementation for our commercial portfolio. You will coordinate across Regulatory Labeling, QA, MS&T, and packaging sites worldwide to ensure timely, compliant artwork changes and launches.

The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and evidence of global collaboration. Remote-Eligible with a comprehensive benefits package and potential equity awards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field and 4+ years in pharma/biotech.
• Experience with artwork development, labeling operations, and change control.
• Familiarity with GMP, regulatory labeling, and document control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead artwork development, approvals, and implementation activities.
• Manage artwork changes from initiation to implementation using change control.
• Coordinate with Regulatory Labeling, QA, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Train internal/external teams on artwork processes and systems.
