Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of civil engineering or land development experience.
• E.I.T. certification preferred; P.E. license is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
• Knowledge of Maryland, Virginia, and/or Washington, DC design and permitting requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate civil engineering designs, plans, reports, and technical documentation.
• Support site development projects involving grading, stormwater management, utility design, and permitting.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and deliverable management.
