Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of civil engineering design and land development experience.
• Familiar with local permitting requirements and VDOT standards.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• EIT certification preferred.
• Willingness to pursue PE licensure.
