Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing is required.
• Experience in defense litigation, including insurance defense, general liability, premises liability, product liability or personal injury, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

We are partnering with established Los Angeles-based law firms specializing in civil litigation and insurance defense. With a strategic focus on early case evaluation and efficient resolution, the firm represents clients across all California state and federal courts.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations.
• Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice.
• Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $250,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include experience, geography/market, skills, education and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
