Job summary

Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is seeking a motivated Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department on site at our Mid-Hudson Valley campus.

This fast-paced, hands-on role involves interior and exterior painting, general grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, and keeping accurate maintenance records. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Prior painting or maintenance experience preferred.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strong multitasking skills and self-motivation. The Painter will report directly to the Director of Maintenance and assist with the overall organization and efficiency of the Maintenance Department.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance as needed

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep
