Job summary

Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury seeks a Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department. This hands-on role reports to the Director of Maintenance and supports building and grounds upkeep in a rural campus setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to perform physical labor.
• Prior painting or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and maintenance for the main building and surrounding grounds.
• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance work performed.
• Support the organization and daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
