Job summary

Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is seeking a motivated Painter / Maintenance Team Member to join our Maintenance Department on site at our Mid-Hudson Valley campus.

This fast-paced, hands-on role involves interior and exterior painting, general grounds upkeep, preventative maintenance, and keeping accurate maintenance records. We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to perform physical labor.
• Prior painting or maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting and maintenance for the main building and surrounding grounds.
• Assist with general building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to support facility upkeep.
• Maintain accurate records related to maintenance work performed.
• Support the organization and daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
