Full-Time Nanny/House Manager – Phoenix, AZ

Compensation: $25-30/hour (flexible based on experience) Paid via payroll or cash, based on preference
Schedule: Monday–Friday, early afternoon to early evening (some morning flexibility)
Start Date: Flexible – Late July or August 1st
Position Type: Live-out | Long-term

A warm and active family is seeking a reliable and energetic full-time nanny who can also provide light household support. This dual role will support two bright, active boys (ages 5 and 7), one of whom is on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate is nurturing, high-energy, patient, and organized, with experience supporting children with special needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• School pickups and afternoon supervision
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities
• Provide consistency and structure, especially for the older child
• Prepare simple, healthy meals/snacks for the children

Run local errands as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of childcare experience (autism experience strongly preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be a confident swimmer (family has a pool)
• Must be comfortable with dogs (3 in the home)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Authorized to work in the U.S.

• A third vehicle is available for transporting the children
• Parents handle morning drop-offs
