Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver daily resident care in a warm, home-like setting. You will assist with activities of daily living and monitor residents' health, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.

Requirements include a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred, and dementia care experience is valued.

Qualifications

• CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred.
• Experience with dementia care is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to deliver exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
