Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Per Diem CNA/HHA to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, home-like setting. The role emphasizes daily living assistance, documentation, and supportive engagement helping residents stay connected and comfortable.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care.

Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. We are looking for a compassionate Per Diem CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
