Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) to join our team and deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like setting.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, and report health changes to staff while engaging residents with meaningful activities and compassionate support. This role requires a valid CNA/HHA license and experience with dementia is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA license required.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Documenting care provided and reporting health/behavior changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive excellent care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA/HHA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aid , your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

CNA/HHA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
