3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Fullstack Technical Lead (React.js, Node.js) for a remote role with all locations considered.

You will lead senior software engineers, architect transformative solutions, and drive delivery across client engagements while aligning with enterprise standards. The role emphasizes hands-on development, architecture, and mentoring within an agile, remote-first environment that spans multiple locations and industries, including healthcare and media.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertise in the areas listed.
• .NET, Azure, Angular proficiency and OO programming principles.
• Experience with Access / OLEDB.
• Building scalable, well-tested enterprise systems.
• Mentoring engineers and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with OWASP security practices.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with client stakeholders on status and recommendations.
• Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high quality.
• Participate in planning and estimation using project methods and tools.
• Gather requirements and present developed features to clients.
• Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards.
• Collaborate to boost client success across engineers, designers, and managers.
• Engage in agile development with stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and governance.
• Mentor others through Communities of Practice and grow technical capabilities.
• Independently drive delivery from concept to deployment within defined architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholdersregardingproject status and recommendations.

Promote client success across the team by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points,anticipatepotential problems, anditerate onsolutions that drive client success.

Engage in agile software development, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other governance activities.

Activelyparticipatein the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) or on project teams and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.

Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture,demonstratingautonomy and accountability in all stages from conceptualization to deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience/expertisein the following areas specified below*:

.NET

AZURE

Angular

Expertisein applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation).

Access / OLEDB experience

Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.

Practice and initiative mentoring other engineers and decision-makers throughout the organization.

Good understanding of SOLID principles.

Familiarity with OWASP.

Proficiencyin the English language.

Additional Experience Desired:

Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)

Architectural (Microservices, Serverlessetc) and Design (Factory, Singleton, Observeretc) Patterns

Unit Testing

Working in the Cloud
