Requirements

• Experience in software engineering or a directly related field


• Experience developing and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications


• Experience in a leadership role, with or without direct reports


• Experience with technologies/software systems or a directly related field


• Experience creating and maintaining test plans and executing testing procedures


• Experience debugging and troubleshooting software issues


• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions


• Experience in code review and applying coding standards


• Experience building or enhancing developer tools


• Expertise in one or more general development languages, such as Java, C#, or C++


• Experience building and deploying modern services and web applications with quality and scalability


• Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams


• Experience with technologies such as Angular, React, Kubernetes, or Docker


• Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree, 4 or more years with an Advanced Degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD


• Preferred experience with container-based technologies, enterprise-scale web services, product development, and client-facing project or technical teams


• Ability to work in an office setting


• Availability for 5–10% travel
