Job summary

Juniper Square seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the AI Platform team. You are a hands-on contributor who designs, builds, and operates production systems powering core workflows for institutional clients.

You will work with staff engineers, product, design, and QA to ship reliable, well-designed systems. You will use AI-assisted development and help raise engineering standards across the org.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship production-quality systems, APIs, and services across the AI Platform.
• Own projects end-to-end from requirements through deployment and iteration.
• Build reliable, scalable, observable systems and maintain production health.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineers to raise standards.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, incident response, and automation efforts.
