Qualifications

• Python proficiency (3.10+).
• AWS core services (IAM, ECS/Fargate, networking).
• Software engineering discipline (Git, code review, testing, documentation).
• Security awareness; handling sensitive data by default.

Responsibilities

• Develop agent patterns, retrieval, and guardrails for AI assistants.
• Build MCP server for skills registry in IDEs.
• Create reusable agent patterns in LangGraph (memory, tool use, guardrails).
• Develop agent evaluation platform with quality gates (DeepEval, Ragas).
• Design document ingestion and retrieval pipelines (chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking).
• Automate CI/CD and deployment for AI agents on AWS (ECS, Fargate).
• Develop AI-enabled devcontainers with validation and testing.
• Implement OpenTelemetry instrumentation, dashboards, and cost tracking.
• Apply governance checks and automated evidence collection.
• Ensure semantic caching, rate limiting, and graceful degradation under load.
