Nextdoor is seeking a Fullstack Engineer for the Local Conversations team to build engaging web experiences using React and Python/Django. You'll work across frontend and backend with a cross-functional group of product, design, and data teams.

You’ll contribute to architecture, testing, and iteration in an agile environment that values code quality and learning. Expect on-call rotation and collaboration on AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience and ability to own projects.
• Strong frontend and backend collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with modern JavaScript and React.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across frontend and backend to deliver high-quality web experiences.
• Contribute to entity-relationship modeling, solution architecture, and testing.
• Participate in on-call shadow rotation after onboarding.
• Partner with product and design to implement maintainable solutions.
