About the Opportunity:

Fully Remote: Residing in FL, GA, NC, TN, AL
Schedule: 8:30 - 5:30am

Responsibilities:

Build complete features from UI to database with end-to-end development expertise
Develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, implement ML models, and optimize performance.
Build end-to-end features for lease management and tenant onboarding
Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and fraud detection
Integrate with property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, RentManager)
Develop automated workflows for rent collection and maintenance prediction
Create real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
