About the Opportunity:

• Fully Remote: Residing in FL, GA, NC, TN, AL
• Schedule: 8:30 – 5:30am

Responsibilities:

• Build complete features from UI to database with end-to-end development expertise
• Develop full-stack applications, integrate APIs, implement ML models, and optimize performance.
• Build end-to-end features for lease management and tenant onboarding
• Implement machine learning models for predictive analytics and fraud detection
• Integrate with property management systems (Yardi, AppFolio, RentManager)
• Develop automated workflows for rent collection and maintenance prediction
• Create real-time analytics dashboards and reporting systems
